INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to COVID-19 situation we do anticipate possible delivery delays to all international countries that we ship to. We have also been advised that we will not be able to ship to the following countries due to restrictions imposed by governments and/or carries due to COVID-19 outbreak.
Countries we currently cannot ship to: Bolivia, British Virgin Islands, Chad, Djibouti, Ecuador, India, Israel, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Nepal, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Samoa, South Africa, Suriname, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.

When will I receive my order?
In stock items shipping to addresses within the United States are sent by FedEx or FedEx Smartpost (delivered by USPS) depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and usually take 7-10 business days to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are made via FedEx International Mail Service (post) and take up to 21 business days to arrive once an order has shipped and released by US Customs . International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

A Note to Customers Living Outside the United States
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you. Please note: taxes/duties are calculated based on the original retail price of the items in your order and does not include any discounts or promotions.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking information takes 2-4 days to be received once the orders is shipped. Also, we cannot track packages to all countries, we are currently limited. Please email email@example.com to inquire about your tracking.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping is currently available Worldwide from Gas Monkey Garage. Yes, we also ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you do not see your country on the dropdown list you can select “Other” and just include your sipping information in the correct area.

How to Change or Cancel Your Order
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted your order we begin processing your order immediately and we cannot cancel, make address edits or add items. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our returns process.
